“To me these are a little like small fried meat loafs! :)”
- 2 pounds of hamburger meat
- 1 Egg
- 8-10 Saltines, crumbled
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Fill bottom of skillet with vegetable oil (about 1/8 of an inch deep) and heat.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Drop meat mixture by the tablespoonfuls in hot oil and fry until done.
