Linda’s Chicken Salad

“A great way to use left over chicken!”


  • 6 pieces bacon, cooked crispy
  • 4-6 green onions chopped
  • 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded off the bones, or whatever leftover chicken you have, shredded of course
  • About a cup of mayo…more if you like
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all together and chill. I like serving as sandwiches on sourdough bread.
