Linda’s Shrimp Fettuccini


  • 1 Pound of peeled shrimp minus the tails (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter/Margarine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 Small Can of Sliced Black Olives (drained)
  • Sliced Mushrooms (Fresh or 1 Small Can drained)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Package Fresh Garlic & Herb Fettuccini


  1. Melt butter in skillet or electric skillet. Add peeled shrimp. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. As the shrimp start to turn white, add olives, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese. Simmer until shrimp is completely cooked and all ingredients are hot.
  2. While cooking the shrimp mixture, cook pasta according to package instructions. Once pasta is done, mix well with the shrimp mixture and sprinkle lightly with additional parmesan cheese.
